Recycled Plastic Void Filling: But we don’t stop there. We’re passionate about sustainability, which is why we take a step further by utilizing recycled plastic to fill all voids within the insulation layers. Glass Windows
Choose from genuine or aftermarket glass windows available for most models of vans on the market. Most windows will be around 85% privacy tinted and have the option of fixed and opening windows.

12V Electrics

Our 12V electrical system starts with a robust 110Ah leisure battery. This battery is the heart of your van’s power supply, ensuring you have the energy you need to run lights, appliances, and other essential devices. We integrate a Victron DC-Dc charger into our system, which efficiently charges your leisure battery while you drive. This technology optimizes charging and ensures your battery stays charged and ready for your adventures. Convenient rear sockets are strategically placed to provide easy access to power for your devices and appliances. Looking for even more power and longevity? We offer the option to upgrade to lithium batteries. Lithium batteries provide higher energy density, faster charging, and longer lifespan, giving you the freedom to stay off-grid for extended periods.

240V Electrics
At Platinum Van Conversions, we’re committed to ensuring that your van conversion is equipped with the power you need to make every journey an unforgettable experience. Our comprehensive 240V electrical system is designed to provide you with a seamless connection to external power sources, allowing you to enjoy the comforts of home wherever you go. On the Rhossili edition, we provide the option to have the hook-up point cut into the side of the van. This option ensures flexibility and convenience in your power connection. The heart of our 240V electrical system is the Bonus PMS3 power management system. Specifically designed for conversions, the Bonus PMS3 simplifies tasks while ensuring your leisure battery is charged and your 12V appliances are fuse-protected. This system seamlessly powers your campervans fridge, lighting, and more.

Lighting

That’s why we’ve carefully chosen LED overhead spotlights as a key element of our interior designs. Strip Lighting
Our LED lighting under cabinets adds a touch of magic to your van’s interior. Small Water Storage
This storage system is much smaller then the under slung water tanks and can hold around 10 – 15 L of water. this will be stored on board the vehicle usually very close to the sink. We use a comet submersible water pump to feed the tap.

Gas Storage
With a commitment to excellence, we offer you the flexibility to choose between internal gas systems with drop vents and underslung LPG gas tanks, all designed with your safety and comfort in mind.
